Description


This interactive 4-week e-learning course provides an orientation and overview of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  It provides clinicians with an understanding of CBT; an introduction to basic CBT techniques; and guidance on how to conduct assessments, engage patients in treatment, set goals and measure improvement.
Please note: the times listed are on a 24-hr timeframe, however, you can participate when it is convenient for you during a given week.

Learning Objectives
