Biography
Dr. Lev has been an attending neuroradiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) since 1995 and is currently the Director of Emergency Neuroradiology and the Radiology Neurovascular Laboratory, and Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lev is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Radiology, with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology. He served as deputy editor for neuroimaging of the journal Radiology from August 2007 through March 2009, for which he continues to be a special consultant deputy editor, and have been on the editorial board of the American Journal of Neuroradiology (AJNR) since 2000. Dr. Lev is the Principal Investigator for the CT Perfusion stroke imaging project of the Partners Healthcare, NIH-funded,"SPOTRIAS" program project grant (Specialized Program of Translation Research in Acute Stroke), and for the NBIB funded "point-of-care" center grant studying the clinical feasibility of Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS).
